Need help on new healthy recipes and diet food.!?!?

I am 15 and I noticed that all I eat is top ramen and cake and frosting. I am breaking out on my face and i look awful!!! I know im breakin out cause of my diet. + I need to lose some weight for summer. can you help me make a list of when i eat foods, healthy recipes, low calorie foods, and some excersise plans!!! EEP! I have like 5 new zits on my face everyday and i clean my face every night and morning!!! + i weigh too much (not obese) but i wanna be skinny for this guy i like. HELP!Need help on new healthy recipes and diet food.!?!?
protiens like egg whites, chicken breast, salmon, tuna, seafoods


veggies include broccoli, spinach, salads, anything green makes top of the list


occasional carbs because you still need carbs to convert protien includes almonds, popcorn, tortila chips,wheat bread. olive oil etc.


you can eat an occasional snack like cake and ice cream and all that good stuff because your still young, but eat in moderation and exercise and you may lose wight in time for the summer!
