here are a few things that i eat- and things that the whole family can enjoy!
breakfast- yogurt, carrot, kiwi (or whatever fruit you prefer) and a piece of toast.
lunch- green beans and almonds
- cut up green beans into bite sized pieces
-put in a frying pan with cayenne pepper and salt (both to taste)
-1 clove garlic
-almonds to taste- they add a nice crunch
-cook in olive oil, with a little water until beans are tender (i like them just a little blackened). this takes about 10-15 minutes.
dinner-talapia
-buy talapia fillets- unseasoned
-season with pepper, salt, a touch of cayenne, garlic, and lime juice
bake until tender and flaky
garnish with tomato (just a little) and cilantro
desert!
frozen fruit in soy milk, with a touch of vanilla (blueberries are the best!)
