The Whole Foods Market?

:)What are some healthy food recipes to take to school for lunch? andddd what kind of foods do they sell at...?
Whole Foods sells primarily organic foods- everything from fresh organic produce, fresh baked goods, organic meat and poultry, fresh fish- and a variety of organic groceries- cereals, snacks, cheeses, etc- plus premade foods like a salad bar, sandwhiches, sushi, and they usually have a deli where they make sandwiches. The food is good- but pricey, and you can find staples much cheaper at Trader Joe's. For healthy school lunches- pita filled with sprouts, avocado ( dip in lemon juice first) light mayo and turkey breast- or salad topped with grilled chicken, tuna salad with low fat mayo, veggie fried rice... the possibilities are endless. What are some healthy food recipes to take to school for lunch? andddd what kind of foods do they sell at...?
I too hate packing lunches! I enjoy it much more with these ideas. They are actually from the Whole Foods Market. We don't have a store in my area, but I stumbled across the address while looking for lunch ideas. The lunch planner has a month's worth of ideas! Hope this helps. http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/kids/lun鈥?/a>
